He popped up in my feed out of nowhere, Sluffy, and keeps on popping up at regular intervals.Sluffy wrote:Are you looking for new recruits to Nuts?
He's in an ongoing feud with Kevin Baker, a feud that shows no signs of abating.

A signed photograph of Harold Hassall, scoring against Scotland at Hampden Park, has fallen from wall on the landing, and smashed at the bottom of the stairs.
I could blame the resident ghost, but I fear it's an omen for the season ahead.
We're doomed, doomed.
Mind you, it could be that the hook simply fell out.

It's not so much the story, but the warning attached to it. Really?

I have completely lost faith in Evans.
We need a new broom.

Another traumatic day. Mum was rushed to hospital with low blood pressure, and what turned out to be a C-Diff infection.
Doctors seemed to have gotten a handle on it, but as we were leaving we got the 'if her heart stops for any reason, how do you feel about resuscitation?' Just as a worst case scenario, but it's a bit of a downer.
They seemed pretty hopeful of getting her home in 1-5 days, and she was looking a lot better when we left her.
I guarantee she'll blame me for the infection. As it is, I'm knackered.

I hope your mum is ok Bonce. Not a clue what a c-diff infection is?
Put your feet up mate and have a nice mug of Horlicks!

I'm a bit like Karly in that I too hope your mam has a speedy recovery and also no idea (a blind Bambi - think about it...) what a c-diff infection is either.
If you didn't get the Bambi joke, this might give you a big hint...

It's a bacterial infection in the colon apparently and people aged 65 or older are usually more at risk.
It usually lives in there but can become quite life threatening!
