Nothing but Tea for me last night and I feel great for it.

I might go for a quick jog round the block.

Git. I've just been for the papers and dropped them all in a big puddle.
Got to dry them on the radiator now.

Too many San Miguels last night - home before 10pm but sleepless night and now well and truly knackered!

Half bottle of Amarone. Opened it the night before for the referendum result. It goes off quickly so there was a moral obligation to sup it.
You can't let decent drink be wasted

Had a glass of rosé with lunch. Several Tecaté's topped off with a couple of vodka sodas to follow tonight.

All the "major UK multiples" (supermarkets to you and me) have got offers on at the moment in anticipation of next week's bank holiday.

Picked up a bottle of Bells for 12 quid in Tesco tonight.

Almost rude not to....

Just discovered Wetherspoon's have decent malts at around £2-90 a shot but you can double up for £1. So I've had a few, but from tomorrow (Saturday) evening I'm 12 on and 12 off for five days so back to coffee, juice and coke.
