Hibs are pretty terrible tbh.

Hearts are crap too.

Motherwell would give us a game but we'd likely beat them most times.

Celtic would put us to bed with ease.

If Celtic had the same European fixture list as they did this year while playing in the Championship I think they may struggle to get in to the playoffs.

I think it was either UEFA or FIFA that said recently they'd never allow Celtic and Rangers to play in the English leagues.

My question to them would be, why is it okay for the top Welsh clubs to play in England, but not the top Scottish clubs?

A lot of English people have a low opinion of Scottish football and tend to think that it begins and ends with the Old Firm, but that's very short-sighted and not a little prejudiced. It's largely the same people who think that English football is the best. History tells us otherwise. The national teams for example. Despite having nine times the population of Scotland, international matches between the 2 countries are pretty even (45 to 41 with 24 draws) and provincial Scottish clubs on small budgets have done well internationally like Dundee Utd making the Uefa cup final and taking the scalps of Barcelona etc or Aberdeen beating Real Madrid to win the European Cup Winners Cup and then European Super Cup.
The Old Firm teams have global support which is why it's so incredible that Rangers f***** it up.
However the Scottish clubs have a relatively easy passage into Europe each year and I can't see them wanting to forfeit that just to play teams like us, so it won't happen. Their fans don't want it either.
