One particular weekend the fattest woman I'd ever seen (and I really do mean that) was in the pool and believe me it wasn't a pretty site.
Literally the following weekend the skinniest woman I'd ever seen was in the pool - honestly she looked as though she had come straight from one of those WWII concentration camps and I am not exaggerating.
Both were far too extreme in their weights and neither of them could be in good health if they remain as they were for any length of time.
I guess neither chose to be as they were though nor had the drive to be somewhat different.
Funnily enough I never saw either one of them ever again.
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I hope they both saw themselves as physically beautiful and found their life partners who too found them as equally beautiful.
Neither were my cup of tea though!
Seeing as the one you saw who was massive was swimming id say she was trying to do something about it. Carrying that amount of weight, swimming would be the best thing as it is low impact
She wasn't swimming though, non of us were.
It was in the baby/child's pool which came up to about your mid calf if your stood up in it.
Fair play to both the woman though as they clearly did not have any negative body images of themselves or if they had they put it behind them for the sake of the kids they were with having a fun time.
The reason I posted was more to say that any extreme (in anything really) is not good.
Society sets the norms - at the same time people are handing out 'fat' cards on the underground you have size 8 models being told to slim!

Society isn't always right though!
