Eckerslike

I don't know the different models of buses, engine sizes or even fleetnumbers and the day I start to do is the day I sign myself into Dignitas.

I just believe in public Transport and that I know it does work and can work in this country if done correctly, which it isn't at this moment, in time - except for London which has a different law compared to the rest of the UK!!!

I've been off my food for the last couple of days. I found a Findus Lasagne ready meal in the freezer and had it on Sunday evening. I've just been to the toilet for the first time since Sunday.

It was good to firm but soft in places.

what you have to do with this, is get some mature cheddar, grate a fair bit over the tuna on the bread, then grill it...

Put on plate and add beans.

Enjoy.

Tuna, cheese and beans melt - it works!

Im making a stir-fry tonight Smile

Sounds good that copper! I love cooking, im going to try that.

Any special method or is it just a 'chuck it all in, let it soak, cook it and the pots?

It's better with Spare Rib chops but pork chops or pork leg steaks are good enough.

Just marinade your pork in them ingredients (over night if possible) then grill them, or slow braise them on the hob or t'oven.

Fry Leeks in olive oil until soft then add sage, some butter, white pepper and the broad beans, I use the frozen broad beans and I peel the outer skin off them (it can be laborious but isn't that difficult).

For the taties I just boil decent chip potatoes, then drain them and leave them to cool. Then cut them up into smallish bits and drop them in oil (chip pan if you want).

Make a gravy with the marinade by using cornflour or you can reduce it instead. I used cornflour as it doesn't impair the flavour as there are plenty of ooooooooommmff flavours in it.

I don't use recipes, I just use my head and have a mess about.
