I was hoping Sordell would start. No Tuncay in the squad either!

With three wingers in the team I hope one (Eagles) plays a free role up front to support Kevin Davies.

You know that sort of position that Tuncay is outstanding in.

This sums up our stay in the Premiership, because after today it's not going to last much longer Sad

Simply not good enough.

Our home record this season is played 17, won 4, drawn 3, lost 10.

Just FIFTEEN points out of FIRTYONE.

(15 points out of 54 away from home)

21 defeats in the season (more than any of the relegated clubs from last season).

Seven million pounds worth of strikers (bought by Coyle remember) sat on the bench for a must win game!?

How anyone can defend Coyle is simply beyond me?

Coyle is a numpty, although it would look as though he's got to page 2 of the tacticians training manual, (problem is, the first was a blank flyleaf, and the second shows only the title)

How depressing it is being a Bolton fan these days. We are just absolutely rubbish. We have no goal threat, we have no dangerous players, we lack quality, we are just terrible.
I know we're missing 3 very key players in Chung Yung Lee, Holden and Muamba but the team just looks so wrong. I know we had success with a 4-5-1 at the turn of the year but we don't have the players to play this formation now. We don't have decent wingers, Ryo and Petrov IMO are really poor footballers, we don't have a good 3rd central midfielder after NRC and Mark Davies available right now. And Kevin Davies up front by himself is just never going to be a goal threat. We need to look at finding a different formation now. Just out of interest, how bad must Sordell be to never make it on to the pitch. Why the hell did we sign him? Bringing him on if he was half decent would give the crowd a lift, seeing our new England under 21 international striker.
I really think the way forward for the rest of the season is playing 3 strikers up front with Ngog and Sordell playing off Klasnic or Kevin Davies. We need a goal threat and players who can score goals.
If QPR lose this evening we're still in good shape as QPR and Blackburn have nightmare run ins, but in all honestly it would be a joke if we stayed up because we are absolutely bloody useless. And the thing is I know Owen Coyle will be manager next season whether we stay up or not. He's not the answer. We look so poor nowadays. Like Sluffy pointed out, we had £7.5m worth of strikers that Coyle bought starting on the bench for a game when we needed to win. Why? Also I think it would be a good time to bring back Jussi to the team. Bogdan is doing a decent job but I feel we need more experience back there in this run in.
