 I have to say though when i have seen people preparing chicken in Thailand, they seem to love rinsing it under the tap before cooking and never thought anything of it when i was younger.

Thankfully I was never sick from it.

Around a year ago I ordered a big family bucket from Allen's chicken after having a few beers one evening, I mistakenly ordered from the one on Bradshawgate and I remember waking up around 5am with my belly making sounds that I never heard it make before and ended up with the shits.

I have to say that i never really eat takeaway anymore after that experience.

After checking the hygiene rating, it was given just 1 star.

I feel that places who receive a score like that should be shut down immediately.

No need for KP to worry anyway.
All the germs on anything he cooks will die of smoke inhalation.

Bonce, not sure if you eat fresh beansprouts but depending on the kind you can be sick from them also depending on if they are the kind that need cooking before eating unlike some other fresh ones.

Don't eat beansprouts KP,so I should be OK.
A cold butter pie did for me once. In bed for a week.
