Yep too many slags around. Certainly not the low life footballers who think they can do whatever they want.

It's not just footballers though. Women are too easy nowadays. They have no respect for themselves. They see anyone flash and bit of money and they are like flies round shit.bwfc1874 wrote:Yep too many slags around. Certainly not the low life footballers who think they can do whatever they want.

Fair comment, that's only a particular type of woman though. Tends to go after a particular type of bloke too. Chavs who think The Only Way is Essex is something to aspire to, fake tan, steroids, blazers and shit taste in music Birmingham was inundated with them.

You utter twat. You clearly have issues with women. You should apologise for a comment like that.

I firmly stand by my comment. Young women these days are. Always out to trap a bloke for whatever reason. Why should it always be down to what the blokes done? If a woman has been in such a state she can't remember giving consent that's her own stupid fault. If a under aged lass has gotten off with a bloke after a night out is it fair the bloke is punished for not asking her to prove her age? (Who even does that?) She shouldn't even be out in clubs in the first place.Natasha Whittam wrote:Leeds_Trotter wrote:

Sorry LT, but you clearly don't know any of the details on these cases. Seems you've read the headline and then jumped to conclusions based on your own views of women in general.

I'm not referring to any particular case. I did refer to them at the beginning but I stand corrected in regards to Adam Johnson however the Ched Evans one I have my own opinion. Everyone is allowed an opinion nobody can say someone else's opinion is wrong.

Unlike Ched Evans (where I have been forced by Nat and others to re-think my stance because they were right and I was wrong) this is about as crystal clear as it gets. He's admitted to grooming an underage girl for sex and sex with a child. He's a sick little individual who should spend the rest of his days behind bars and if he ever gets out I believe there isn't a football club in the land at any level who would dare to even consider taking him on.
Personally I hope he gets a very large room mate who asks him to pick up the soap every night for the rest of his miserable life.

Like I said on this case I stand corrected as I didn't know he had groomed her over time. I thought it was some one night thing. So in this case the key should be thrown away. However I'm talking about in general when lasses have lied about their age. Or been so drunk they can't remeber giving consent.

Er, yes.
If you're a 28 year old bloke you shouldn't be sexing up anyone who could be even slightly mistaken for a 15 year old.
I'm guessing from your anger on this issue LT that someone has tricked you at some point?

Not really but some lasses use make up very well to make themselves look older. They've already tricked bar staff and bouncers to get in to the club in the first place. I'm not talking about every day grooming someone over the phone I'm on about night out flings. I've said more than once I stand corrected on the Adam Johnson case.Natasha Whittam wrote:Leeds_Trotter wrote:If a under aged lass has gotten off with a bloke after a night out is it fair the bloke is punished for not asking her to prove her age?

At the risk of irritating Nat I have to say I understand and agree with LT. If you're in a nightclub and meet a girl I think it's perfectly reasonable to assume she must be over 18 let alone 16 and as such you shouldn't be held accountable if she turns out not to be unless it's blatantly obvious. Clubs tend to be quite dark and girls can make themselves look a lot older than they are if they want to. With that said I do think any person who's in a high profile job such as a Premiership footballer needs to take extra care in these matters. The Ched Evans case in particular has made me think long and hard about this and (to my total surprise if I'm honest) Wendy completely agrees with Nat on that case.

I don't think it's right to describe a 15 year old as a "child" honestly.
The age of consent in Spain is 13. Having said all that Johnson appears to know exactly what he was doing and what he was seeking out.

Here's a bit of news that might have passed you by, as it has not received much coverage in today's press. It's about George Osborne's brother:
"Psychiatrist Adam Osborne has been struck off the medical register after having a two-year affair with a vulnerable patient.
The married 39 year old, who is the brother of Chancellor George Osborne, had admitted an inappropriate relationship with a patient.
The tribunal ruled his behaviour was "profoundly unacceptable".
