Found a Rolex watch on the grass verge I was working on this morning. I believe they can be traced,so I handed it in. Best thing I've found in years.

Bollocks!
You didn't find it - your mate hid it up his ass so Charlie didn't find it then when he died from Dysentery you shoved it up your own pumper for 2 years, before bringing it home to pass on to his son.
We're not stupid.

Wish I'd taken a picture now.
I'm even getting grief for not keeping it.

I haven't worn a watch for over twenty years.
It comes from working in food manufacturing.
I put mine on a couple of weeks ago and it felt odd so I had to take it off.
Mrs B works with a proper flash watch-snob.
He's forever telling anybody who'll listen how much his latest addition to his collection cost. (He's got about twenty apparently.)
Anyway, he was recently showing off in a bar in Manchester and some thug followed him to the bogs, sparked him out and divested him of it.
It's not nice hearing about people being assaulted but this guy's a tool and he was asking for it.

I know a bloke like that.
At the end of the day,it's a tool. Never thought of a watch as anything else.
Was once dumped by a girl because I wore my watch in bed. Stumped me a bit that.
