Yes-I trust her to do a better job than Corbyn.
But of course ,according to a previous entry on here, that makes me a c**t

I think we have to recognise this site is, in the main, Labour, with a smattering of LibDem and the odd Tory. There is never going to be agreement on a political level as even on a casual level some posters will disrupt any post and browbeat the rest into submission. There'll be some good and some bad in any policy put forward by any party and at the end of the day the only poll is that on Thursday.
I find it difficult to come to terms with JC, having spent 30 years voting against and/or objecting to various ideals is now lauding them as if he had just woken up. I live in London, wiv me Mum n Dad, and the Abbot woman is my MP, so I'm not too sure that she's even on this planet. JC is a joke and the "Quiet man", John McDonnell together with JC have long been supporters of terrorist organisations.
My job really does depend on any Government backing the military so I'm, like Rammy, a C*** thus voting Tory.

This whole Corbyn is a terrorist sympathiser gets right on my tits, as he's said many times in the last few weeks, he has in the past sat down with people whose views he didn't agree with for talks. How else is anything going to change if you don't get the two sides together?
Also he has said he will keep Trident, he says he doesn't want to press the red button to nuke and kill millions of people and that seems to make him a bad person and not fit to be a leader

You probably read the negative stuff on JC in a Conservative supporting newspaper?Norpig wrote:This whole Corbyn is a terrorist sympathiser gets right on my tits, as he's said many times in the last few weeks, he has in the past sat down with people whose views he didn't agree with for talks. I don't believe for a minute that JC supports terrorism. He's no Bernie Sanders, and he got rather left behind in the charisma stakes, but I think he's a decent man.

Diane Abbott is just plain embarrassing and clearly out of her depth.
On the other hand we have barefaced liars like May and Boris.
So I base my vote on the policies that the parties put forward. I don't agree with quite a few Labour policies but I think they will put more money into the NHS and education, and that they will make a serious attempt to get the rich to pay a fairer share of the tax burden. As for the Tories what actual policies do they have apart from reintroducing grammar schools, fox hunting and the Board of Trade? Oh yes the uncosted dementia tax and a hard brexit.

I watched the leader debate on BBC the other night and i was pleasantly surprised by Jezza, i wasn't his biggest fan before but he is growing on me and came across very well in spite of all the idiots in the audience berating him about not wanting to nuke anyone.

But many people on here will vote for her. You know as well as I do that voting for your local MP is a waste of time as they all do what they're told when they get to Parliament. So Jezza and his mates ( Diane, Emily, Tom and John) will be dictating everything no matter what local MPs say.
That's apart from Jezza of course who defied his party's wishes , how many times was it ? About 550 I think.
Always trust a loyal man!!

Yet his personal opinion was to scrap trident but has hone with the party majority in including it in his manifesto to keep it.rammywhite wrote:boltonbonce wrote:If she gets anywhere near the Home Office,I'm going underground.

Those words came direct from the horses mouth. Your speculation came from the tory led media.
Thats the difference. Corbyn is making huge gains even with all the disadvantages of cover ups etc for the tories

It might be in his manifesto - but they're not worth the paper they're written on.
Neither party will deliver much that's in there- they're just a set of promises to woo the gullible into voting for them.
Tell me in five years that I'm wrong
