After the Crewe and Portsmouth games Coyle said lessons had been learned. Knight and K.Davies starting today. What has he learned?

I like SKD but his time is passed. This season he should be used as a sub only. Sorry to say but we cannot be an attack minded side with him there. All the opposing managers know that and pick their team accordingly.

Anyway let's see how it turns out. Disappointed though with Coyles timid approach.

Knight has been putting himself about so far, to be fair. Can't say the same for the Skipper though.

Knight playing well.
Tim Ream's long passing annoying and inaccurate.
Some great passages of passing and quick on the break creating a few chances, but not taken.
A few stray passes and they're not quite there on the understanding front, but slick at times.
Sordell doing a great job.
Is Mavies playing?
Occasionally panicky at the back
Could concede a shit goal

Well lets be honest not much has changed really.

Credit Burnley though i think they've been excellent in the middle of the park, not a second to breathe for any of our players and Ream has been bothered by it particularly. But i suspect he will learn quickly.

Not impressed with Andrews so far, he's been erratic. The passing as usual from the back has been woeful. Mears and Ream guilty of some aimless rubbish. Knight has dealt with the areal threat fine but has been caught on heels a couple of times.

Only Sordell has stood out for us, held the ball up very well and is a tireless worker up top, but it's N'gog syndrome all over again, he's basically on his own and every ball to him is a punt, so don't expect him to score many if play this way all season.

Ok Coyle, lets see what u can do at HT, Inspired team talk time

The first was definitely Knight's fault for switching off (again!) and letting his man go free - watch the goal and see for yourself.

Not happy with some of the key decisions but we should be good enough to overcome that.

What's the point in buying precious money on a centre back (Mills) and then play Knight who we all KNOW is a liability?

Sordell is probably only playing because Ngog is out.
