I stuck with Sky where the main commentators struck just the right tone. Apt, knowledgeable, fluent contributions all round.

Pretty sure Isa didn't appear on Sky's coverage, though I know they have both had air-time on each channel in the past. I caught the BBC's on-field interviews after the game....excruciating!

Do you like any of the female commentators on other sports? The footy ones? Claire Balding? Gabby Logan?....she's even good on Would I Lie To You!
Not found a good female football commentator as yet but the likes of Alex Scott and Sue Smith know their stuff when it comes to punditry.

Yes Ebony was commentating and doing the post match interviews as well. Isa is on Sky cricket now as i've heard her on sky commentary but is the face of the Beeb coverage (and what a lovely face it is too) now.

They had a female commentator on an NFL game last season which did sound a bit strange and caused a lot of debate. They usually have an atrractive reporter pitchside but not doing the actual in-game commentary.

Any old plug ugly bloke can rack up and prattle on, but a woman has to be 'attractive'. Don't get it.

Norpig, I forgot to mention how good Ian Ward and... (it hurts me to admit) Shane Warne are on Sky's cricket coverage. Very interesting, perceptive and fair/unbiased.
