Not using a disabled toilet when the ordinary loos are in use just in case there might be a disabled person that needs the toilet whilst you're in there is just giving special treatment to the disabled. Anybody that says different is basically saying disabled people shouldn't have to wait their turn like ordinary people.

Good point, well presented. We all need to use the loo and if the disabled crapper is free then I don't see a problem.
