I cant fault the lads effort,he gives 100% from start to finish every game BUT his timing is atrocious,he gives opposing players so much time on the ball its embarassing,he made 11 tackles against Brighton and gave 11 free kicks away and its always in our half when he fucks up.Swansea realised his failings and got rid quick as he couldnt hack it in the Prem even Coyle realised that much. He flatters to deceive in this division and has most of you lot sucked in to believing if you cover most of the pitch your a good player, god forbid we go up and he keeps his place, frightening thought!!

Swansea wanted to keep hold of pratley..

I do agree that he's improved but tigermin is right, he isn't very good when if you watch him closely. His non-stop running hides a lot of his flaws.

That Christopher Lee lookalike c**t out-managed Dougie Freedman today I'm afraid. They were settling for the draw and we were going for the win, we couldn't find the goal we needed and as soon as we started settling for the draw, they quickly switched tactics and found the goal they needed.

Also, we should have started with Sordell today as he's better starting and kept Craig Davies on the bench as he's a better impact sub.

Of course, Dougie has made subs/decisions in recent weeks that have won us games. So it's swings and roundabouts I guess.

If Derby do us a favor later, this doesn't change to much, If they can't, it's all over for me bar the shouting.

Did say we left it too late, when you put yourself in a position where you need to be practically perfect it's hard unless you're Man U/Citeh.

From the commentary on wanderers player they were going on about how we were having a good spell and how they couldn't see Ipswich scoring. I don't think it had anything to do with a Mick McCarthy masterclass they just nicked a goal and we didn't create enough.

Shows our problems going forward in my opinion. Defence looks better but we miss Mavies and need a quality striker still.

I agree about Sordell though I don't know why he's gone off him again, but I'd assume there's a problem with sordells attitude/fitness.

Settling for a draw AGAIN lost us the game...

Only gary megson did that and he got far didnt he?

I don't think dougie was settling for a draw, he didn't go to one up front or pull off eagles for medo so what are you basing that on? The fact they nicked a goal and we didnt?

It happens in football does every match we dont win auto, automatically mean we settled for a draw? we didn't create enough going forward and we're obviously lacking a bit.

We didn't settle for a draw, we just don't have enough quality to break defensive teams down.

For the calibre of our players, I think he got the tactics slightly wrong today, and made it worse by the substitutions. In my mind SKD NEVER changes a game for the good. The most we can expect from himn today is that he stops the other team playing, and from the Centre Forward position, thats just not good enough. Having said that, our other forwards didn't cover theselves in glory today, although Ngog does seem to have put in quiet a bit of effort.

It was an attacking line up, as attacking as DF will ever be away from home anyway. I think his tactics were fine, the substituions are always debatable if they don't win us the game but to say SKD never has a positive impact seems a bit strong to me.

Its hard to judge a game when you don't see it so I don't know but maybe SKD was on because Ipswich centre backs are poor in the air or DF felt we needed more physicality. Cdavies was quiet today, but our mid filed doesn't create much and nobody beats a man. We need a new AM. There must also be a fresh issue with Sordell though which is a shame, but there's nothing to say he would have changed the game today.
