Don't think the Aussies will be batting again in this match

Anybody watching the Open. I've had £50 on Louis Oosthuizen @25/1

Hope you did him each way. Most bookies are paying 6 or 7 places.Barb Dwyer wrote:Anybody watching the Open. I've had £50 on Louis Oosthuizen @25/1

Was going to do 25 each way but thought 50 straight bet would be better. I just hope Zach Johnson doesn't win because I was going to back him at 100/1.

I backed Rickie Fowler e/w. Think Fred Done will be keeping my money.
Again.
Again.

I backed Matt Kuchar to win the Scottish Open last week, so don't like Ricky Fowler much.

Also had a small e/w wager on Tiger Woods at 40/1.
I thought a miracle might occur.
Looks like that's down the pan too.

Someone I work with has done the same, I have absolutely no idea why Woods is available at 40/1 should be about 200 and I still wouldn't back him

Spot on. He's a pitiful sight. Can't see him ever getting back to the top table.
Was a great player, but a pretty shit human being imo.

Only need another 408. If only we had another 42 wickets.

Disgraceful performance this afternoon, no shame in losing to a good Australian team but that was a complete and utter shambles. No stomach for a fight. Bell, Ballance and Lythe are all out of form / not up to the job, it was the middle order that scored the runs at Cardiff, personally at least two of them should be dropped for Edgbaston.

Not doing to badly at the minute, shouldn't have dropped the couple of shots he did (even I could have sunk the first putt).Barb Dwyer wrote:Anybody watching the Open. I've had £50 on Louis Oosthuizen @25/1

The Open is looking very interesting. I would love the amateur to win but it's a tall order with so many good players still in contention.

Nightmare scenario, Oosthuizen v Johnson in a play off.Barb Dwyer wrote:Was going to do 25 each way but thought 50 straight bet would be better. I just hope Zach Johnson doesn't win because I was going to back him at 100/1.
