Started watching it about 30 years ago I think. Like Finlay I had the misfortune to pick the Raiders. In them days they were regarded as the team everybody loved to hate because they were so successful and such evil dirty cheating bastards at the same time. Sounded cool to me so I adopted them. What an utter bunch of total limp dicks they've turned out to be.

Certainly. Wish I could convince more people what a great sport it is.

My daughter was in attendance at the Vikings v Lions match yesterday.
Just thought I'd mention it.
(Vikings won).

I'm not a big fan of American football so don't understand the joke, sorry.
Apparently she spent a weekend in Minneapolis and visited the biggest shopping Mall in America and the Vikings game.
I bet I know which she preferred the most!
(I would have gone to see a Twins game myself).

What's going on with Sky?
Kevin Cadle and that accountant-looking bloke called Neil earlier (who I've always liked) then suddenly it's "coverage provided by NFL Zone" (whoever they are).
Whallop!
Suddenly it's some cheesy, suit-wearing, pearly toothed, 'Murican Valedictorian clown who is nothing more than a link between clips of action from the various ongoing games and who is only there because he can speak English and looks good, much like if Amanda Holden read the news on BBC1.
Where's the Sky coverage gone?
Where do I register my complaint?
