Sunday. 20th December - stick it in your diary and prepare to be disappointed.

Agreed.
Go and lump on the Buccs to destroy the 'Skins later.
It's a given.

Wonder why the Monarchs or the European league never took off. We fill Wembley for these games, but we're no nearer a team of our own. Maybe this will tell us.

I think back in the 80's it was seen as a bit of an oddball sideshow but nowadays it's far more popular with the mainstream.
I used to love watching NFL Europe but it always felt a bit "plastic" and you got the sense that all the players were a bit C-List.
'Skins 0-7 down already by the way.

Redskins win 31-30 !!!!
Behind all game then take the lead with 54 seconds left on the clock and hold out for the W.

Redskins stuffing those nasty Giants 20-0 in the fourth quarter.
And it's live on me telly box!
The last time I saw them win live on telly was in about 1997, so I'm taking it as an omen.
(Albeit not as weird as Lusty's alcohol induced one about owl poo.)
The Wanderers are live on telly tomorrow, aren't they.......?
Bolton 8 - 0 Brentford.

Since I posted that at 10 mins to go in the fourth, the Giants have converted a fourth down and 16 for a TD and Odell Beckham Jr has just made one of the best catches I have ever seen in the NFL to make it 20-14 with 5 mins to go.
So it's obviously me and I'm a jinx.
We will get hammered tomorrow.
Sorry.

You almost don't mind conceding TD's like that.
Anyroad, all's well that ends well because the 'Skins hung on for the win.
So we will obviously banjo Brentford again now.
