Freedman is a buffoon.
There are some poor teams in this league and we still cannot make the top six.

His selectons and tactics are the reason.
If we do make the play-offs it will be in spite of him not because of him.

Wake up people, this man is not the saviour.

Hopefully we beat boro then he won't have to come on for at least a week.

I'm somewhere in the middle. I accept that Freedman has made some improvements to the team, but tactically he still has a lot to work on. We've been beaten by some very poor teams and our away form is dreadful.

I have this idea (and always have since Freedman was appointed) that Gartside said 'Listen Dougie for gods sake don't get us promoted this season'. I can think of no other reason for DFs ridiculous team selections.

This guy makes Natasha's views look reasonable.

Leicester away, he got things wrong but most of the time he has got things right. That's why we are challenging for a play-off place.

No manager is perfect, and Dougie's still inexperienced.

But he's taking the club in the right direction, there have been improvements in most aspects.

The defence, fitness, motivation, commitment, transfers and the youth teams.

The positives out weigh the negatives considerably in my opinion.

I accept that all managers make mistakes - but Dougie's seem to be big mistakes.

Kevin Davies picked too often this season, Bogdan still being picked, the defensive shambles at Leicester.

He's not started with Kev Davies for quite a while to be fair so has obviously learned his lesson on that part, he learned quicker than Coyle to be fair.

Their was only so much he could do with our defence when he came in, he has had sod all to spend on a new back 4 and the one centre back he has brought in has worked well.

absolutely.

And there will be more to come, but i've accepted that Dougie isn't a world class manager yet, and probably never will be, because how many of those are there? And most seem to hold him to those standards. Win every game. But he's done some good things so far, we've moved up the table, we've tightened up at home, started winning more frequently and a few players have had a bit of a resurgence under him. Lots of work to do still but IMO ahead of the curve so far.

I just think it's silly, every time we don't win to trot out complete nonsense like he's the most incompetent manager we've ever had and he's losing on purpose.

absolutely.

Exactly, he's not even 40 yet, it's only his second season as a manager (I think) and people expect us to win every game.

Think people forget how poor we were under Coyle, considering how inexperienced he is he's shown a lot to be positive about.
