According to dickweed, anyone who votes UKIP are thick.

Its sheep like him that needs putting down.

I think mark leach was calling you thick to be honest, not all UKIP voters. At this point is say it's more 'sheepish' to vote UKIP than to resist to be honest.

Hows it sheepish to vote UKIP?

What a ridiculous statement .

If there is a good offer you go for it, if there is three birds you go for the fittest.

I might be a dickweed but you definitely met a pieman on the way to the fair.

You said it's sheepish not to vote UKIP, all I've done is correct that - in terms of poster on this site anyway.

Aaaah, I see.........

Anybody who decides they've finally had enough of the three main parties and wants genuine change is a sheep for thinking about the whole subject and deciding to do something radical and different.....

Yeah, sheep are renowned for their capacity for free thought and embracing change, aren't they....?

Read the thread, Scott's the one who brought up sheep

Doing something radical and different would be to vote for a party who actually match your views, not the one who get the most media coverage.

I called Dickweed a sheep, stop trying to twist things.

Can you not use that insult anymore?

So UKIP's policies do reflect your views?

You want to come out of the EU, stop immigration, bring back handguns, reject global warming, reduce womens' rights, bring back fox-hunting etc?

One minute you're only voting for UKIP as a protest, the next I'm wrong to say you agree with their policies?

Yesterday was a massive protest against the three major parties.

People have had enough of being lectured by vacuous politicians who don't fundamentally understand the issues that are important to the average man in the street.

So if you can't vote for any of the main three parties, who's left?

The usual array of nutters and novelty acts, the BNP, some hippies who all smell of pot or the one bloke who is saying (at a very basic level) the right things on one very important issue: immigration.

The country is full.

There is no more room to let anybody else in.

We have a finite amount of space and that's why house prices are so ridiculously high in this country.

Average house price nationally? About £225,000.

How the fuck is a first time buyer earning £20,000 supposed to buy a house?

So for a lot of people, Farage has ticked at least one major box.

Bit of a myth considering that less than 5% of the land is actually built on, therefore still plenty of room for growth!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18623096

Problem is not the EU but how Westminster and the many local councils distributes funds and plans ahead for population growth and natural migration.

As for house prices, they have been falsely inflated by the "Help to buy scheme" which has too much of a wide scope to help and as such sent house prices soaring, whilst at the same time Banks and Building Societies and begrudging in lending and making it for to difficult to get a mortgage.  Then lets not forget that the property developers haven't built that many housing over the last 8 years and as such building work is approximately 20 years behind the population growth!!!

Then there is society itself which has changed as there are far more single people wanting to buy than ever before, which is also increasing the pressure on lack of housing and increasing house prices.

Lets not forget that the latest immigration figures show a 27% increase from previous year BUT the overall net increase hasn't actually changed, thus suggesting that there has also been an increase in emigration.  So migration population, for the first time in about 30 years hasn't increased!!!

Nighty night.

Chris will be ok, he'll be off to the Bolton News site in a bit to argue with some total strangers (at great length) about how shit it is that there aren't enough parking spaces for bikes at the new Bolton Interchange or something equally important involving trains and how much better life is in Holland.

With his bird.......

Sleep tight.

Up the BUM!
