I've only seen the original when it was first released.
I thought it was ok, never imagined it would become so big a deal.
Can't say I was ever bothered to see any of the many sequels and prequels to it.
I've never fancied any of The Matrix films and haven't seen any of them.
Just to balance things out a bit though I've seen Gravity and really enjoyed it, I'd recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it.
Silent Running is another good sci fi film (which is 50 years old now!!!) but again well worth a watch if you haven't seen it as well.

I watched an old favourite tonight. The Goonies. A silly, but enjoyable romp. I followed it up with The 'Burbs.
Took my mind off the real world for a few hours.

Snap! Sci fi/fantasy does nothing for me.boltonbonce wrote:I haven't seen a single Star Wars movie.
The only James Bond film I've enjoyed was Skyfall.
I prefer classic drama with characters and situations I can identify with.

Didn't you play Sloth in the film?

No. You had a better agent. You certainly came back strong after losing so many auditions to Dan Blocker.Natasha Whittam wrote:

But, to be fair, his Hoss Cartwright was iconic.

I've yet to watch any of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
Are they worth my time?
