I'm still struggling to understand why a thread entitled "Bolton Crisis - update" even mentions the proposed ST.
The formation of a ST is perhaps a symptom of our crisis, but seeing as they have no money is not going to impact on the crisis in the slightest.

Surely any update on the crisis should be news about the takeover or administration?
Although I heard the takeover has collapsed so I guess it's admin.

As regards the ST, it's not even formed yet. They have no agreed Mem and Arts, no officers, no policies, protocols or plans so how could we expect any detailed communication let alone create conspiracy theories at this stage?

This isn't the first thread to go off on a tangent.

He's a "shit Kiwi" technically.  Very Happy

The "crap South African" amongst the current crop is Gary Ballance.

(Even though he's from Zimbabwe and should probably be more correctly labelled "that Rhodesian wanker".)

Oh yeah. I'm always getting confused over the various nationalities of the England team.

Nixon - Bolton. Interesting new bidder around. London based. But foreign cash. And with Prem experience. Want a quick answer.

Given the time it took before Deano's offer failed I'd be surprised if any new enquiry would be resolved before the 18th.

"Bolton. New bidder been told to show the money in next 24 hours. Cutting it fine. Critical stage."

"Bolton bidder. Money coming from abroad. But people involved closer to home. And have Prem experience. Leaving it late all the same."

What stuns me is that the board still any say in anything ..... either we get a deal or it's belly up for the club. Right now the owner of the local chippy has more cash than us. So if the board will not pull the trigger on any deal because it doesn't suit them...then what happens next?   any deal is better than nowt isn't it?

On another note: selling our prize assets.
Mavies, never reached potential and now 28.
Vela, ok but nothing to get worked up about.
Clough, potential but only 12 or so games ever played?  maybe a flash in the pan.

is it the end of the world if we have to start over again without these lads?

What is the point of that if they are serious buyers
