Hope you photographed and bagged the dump Jayne. They'll close ranks and deny it happened in a tribunal. Like I said in post ages ago, make sure you have the evidence!

The bagged dump will contain dna. Very stupid act if its human crap! What a sticky get out for the culprit?

You can pay for a DNA test, but you have to have the DNA of the suspect. Can you get this Jayne?
