Brother Dar, we are getting a lot of bad reports from Nigeria regarding terrorism perpetrated by the Boko Haram lot. Is the Goodluck Sambo presidency still strong?

July
Report
Continuing from my 4th report in june where I indicated that I was at the Agric Engineering training camp, with prep for their match against Industrial Engineering students. The day was finally here and all the boys turned up in their expected colors. Starting the match at 9am, I was already there around 8:30am waiting majestically to see the magic for the day. Kunle and hamzat were named in the starting team for the agric Engnr students, while the likes of Bebo and Puddy were on bench. The match started with the agric boys pressing in well on the industrial, throughout the first half the industrial engineering students looked helpless on the pitch. Kunle was however wasteful striking position for his team, he had two good opportunities but kept hesitating to hit the ball in time.
As the second half started, the industrial boys looked more organised with Benjamin Oritz coming in as a sub. The agric boys had more to do at hand with the presence of this guy, and couldn’t dominate as before as he was always making runs for his team on the wings and sending in dangerous crosses. His cutting in and turning was also dangerous and the agric boys could only count themselves lucky because their oppositions couldn’t boast of good strikers. Oritz is a natural winger, and was very effective when brought in.

Report 2

Another preparation for a friendly match was on the role today, the maths department, preparing to play the geography students. With low number of players turning up, they had to do a brief fitness training and then go ahead to play a 4 aside game to test their skills. It was a good training session with ogedemgbe tipped to be the better of the available players. He is a utility player, but I think he is stronger and a threat when used as a midfielder. Throughout the time that he spent with is team, he moved all of them along by holding the ball well, picking out his man and distributing the ball. He should be 21 yrs old.

Report 3

I jammed the match between the department of economics and linguistics, they were already playing before I got there and I must have lost like 40 mins. After watching for a while, the first half ended, so I started asking peeps around about what was going on. The score was 2-1 and Economics leading, just a guy scored the two goals for them, and the one they conceded was from a penalty awarded with the suspicion of ‘hand ball’ the player who score two goals was named Rogers. I watched and paid attention to is movements and decisions when the second half started, he was almost right with everything and appeared to be the wish of every midfielder. He knows what to do with the ball whenever he gets it and to his credit scored another two goals before the end of the second half. He was nicknamed ‘La Roja’ .

He is young handsome and has got enough skills to drive you crazy, his name is Ibidun. Just when you’ll feel ll was good with him, the only bad thing was that he was playing with a man U jersey. However with Bolton not yet in the EPL, I dnt see Man U as a Direct threat to us for the time being. So, I decided to include him in my reports for this month. Check him out with the man U jersey and in a black short.
The boys were playing a set, and with his help, they knocked out enough of other sets. He his always careful not to throw himself into tackles and let them injure him, very skilful from what I saw then, and would be perfect to use him behind a striker role. He scored ago exactly at the end of the clip.

Hazmat sounds as if he could be quite useful. What is he studying at University? Is it chemistry?

Is his first name Roy? If so, next time you see him ask him if he will sing us a song.

He certainly has potential. Given time, I can see him maturing like a fine wine.

Such a pity about his choice of attire. Wearing the kit of our sworn enemies is hardly likely to enhance his chances of securing a contract.

It's all good Bro Dar. I have just got off the phone with Andy where he has been having a few days R and R in a Crofters Cottage in the Gorbals.

He was very pleased with your concise and informative contributions and has assured me that you will be fully reimbursed before he flies out to Tehran on Friday.

Good news Bro Dar. Our tennis hero has served up another ace and you are good to go. I'm working on a new sponsor for August and should hopefully get the thumbs up this evening.

Good news on the sponsorship for August. I have just got back from a meeting with local Bolton businessman, Ivor Muckyshed. Ivor is the proprietor of the ' Brownfingers Garden Centre ' on Willows Lane. A dab hand at landscape gardening, Ivor also offers a service designing herbaceous borders and gazebos for the Hoi Polloi and landed gentry of the Johnson Fold housing estate.

Ivor made his millions in the sixties when he designed and created the Hillside Little Box estate in Breightmet. With a firm of local builders he made cheap housing affordable by building all the houses out of ticky tacky and to avoid snobbish neighbours he made sure that they  all looked just the same. Things went well until a thunderstorm caused flash flooding in the area and most of the houses were washed away. Some of the material from the failed venture can still be found today in Bolton town centre where beggars and street vendors have craftily utilised the debris as shelter from the elements.

In order to maintain a healthy bank balance during these austere times, Ivor has diversified by buying a plot of land on Raikes Lane, where he runs a very successful Kangaroo and Rabbit farm. He supplies freshly skinned animals to the local butchers and supermarkets as well as importing genuine Norfolk turkeys from Bernard Matthews Turkey farm in Hungary.

A keen Wanderer, Ivor has had a season ticket in the east Stand lower since 1997. He looks forward to your tantalising contributions and has offered to stump up the cash for 4 reports next month.

Report 1

And another Saturday morning, I woke up early from my bed and put up all required kits to go out and get on with my scouting parole. After like 10minutes walk towards the school sport complex, I actually got to the big field and took a stand to watch the set of boys playing. 11 players aside like a normal football match, the boys were all early to the pitch and must have decided to utilize the advantage of the main pitch. However, to my surprise, the high focus point of the match hey were playing was an alien playing amongst the boys. Its actually unusual on here to find a white playing together with the other set of players. So, given the circumstances that presented itself, a lot of people were urged to focus on what magic he would bring to the game. After the game got on with few minutes past, it was not difficult to understand that the whiteboy was having issues playing well. Be it the weather factor or not, I’ll say it was just because of the fact that too many people focussed on what he would deliver. However, I saw another chap play well in the team, Dare peters, who has featured in one of my reports before. He  played with so much energy and helped is team in creating different attacking moves. He scored a goal and also provided an assist.

Report 2

The following Sunday evening, I was at the pitch again to go watch students of dentistry deprtment train in preparation for a qualifier match in the inter faculty tournament. Not much players turned out to the training because of the fact that it was a Sunday. After watching the boys train for a while I saw that Rafiu Ibrahim was particularly outstanding with his moves whenever he made any. He is a winger and a skilful one, I actually relish him playing on the full pitch to see how well hhe would deliver. Check out the guy in green jersey with a yellow socks.

Report 3

Check dis guy in a white shirt and blue like shot, he was playing from middle, but suits really as a centre back. Though one can’t strike out the fact that It was on an handball court, he still did well whenever the ball came his way, he was a big challenge for the opposing team getting one against his own. He is not a student in the school and is said to be trying to gain his admission into the school at the moment. He is Akeem by name, I got the opportunity to talk to him and he said he believes its possible to turn up for us but his priority now is to get his admission right.

Report 4

Lastly for the month at the great Zik hall, where strong boys always play a very physical type of football. Standing few metres away from the lines, it was another interesting occasion for me. I watched the boys play for quite a while and after watching different sets replace each other, I found Azeez Okunrnmu. He played from the wings, stopping his opposition’s advances and when it comes to assisting the attack, he was also there. He is a very strong guy, and also showed how good he is in guarding himself from being injured. The funny thing about him is that he is actually a young guy, buy his body is good for what he plays

Nigerian Bolton is NOT RT.

He is RT's scout who actually does live in Nigeria.

(He's still not found us the next Jay Jay though!).

RT will be back off his holiday later this week I believe.

Did Andy Murray pay any sponsor money? No post saying he has. He is Scottish so that is probably why.

Good stuff once again Brother Dar. I have been abroad in the middle east and Turkey but I have been in touch with your August sponsor, Mr Muckyshed, and he has asked me to thank you for your efforts last month. Your wages are ready for collection at the bank.

While I was on holiday in Turkey I managed to combine business with pleasure and I am pleased to report that your September sponsor is none other than the Turkish warbler, Mustafa Sandal. Mustafa became known as the ' Constantinople Crooner ' after winning the Turkish equivalent of X Factor in 2008 with his excellent rendition of the Lambeth Walk. His affinity to Bolton goes back to 2003 when he graduated with a PHD in Performing Arts from Bolton College of Music. He also met his wife to be, Fatima, who was also doing a degree in drama. They married in 2007 and now run a Shebeen in Bromley Cross. A season ticket holder since 2004, Mr Sandal is happy to sponsor you for 4 reports this month.

Firstly I'll like to ring a sound of appreciations to Andy Murray for taking up my July wages. I'm glad he made sure I also had something to celebrate his title. Thanks for keeping the scout job rolling, I really appreciate his move.

Back to the present, i''m glad to announce that Ivan Mottershead my sponsor for August has made it through to my account rise, I am grateful for his contribution in this business. Not to leave out RT who has been of great of support in making sure all is catered for.

I hope one day a player would get to thank me after making a world record move to Madrid as I am looking into unleshing superbly talented footballers into England.
